About This Project

The only Quinta do Rol blend wine. It is elaborated with the famous Portuguese Alvarinho and Arinto grapes which blended perfectly with the mythic International Chardonnay grapes.

A Lot of different varieties , stage depot with ' batonnage ' . Very well in aromatic complexity , thin in the fruit and delicate in perfume, still very young. Good volume in the mouth , soft texture , now giving excellent taste.

Description

At Quinta do Rol these grapes detain a great terroir for its development with a view to obtain our goal; superior quality wine with its own character and unique identity. A Quinta do Rol wine.
Of a bright yellow color, its aroma is floral (orange blossom) with citrus (orange, lime and lemon) and tropical fruits and mineral.
On the palate it is fresh with an excellent alcohol/acidity balance and long ending.
This wine should be served chilled and accompanied by sushi, fish or seafood.
