Slightly golden yellow color. Features soft toast , very attractive tropicality , papaya , good vegetable touch, freshly cut grass , green asparagus , with great minerality and some saline nuances . Freshness very alive, bulky, great touch sophistication , a single white wine made with a rare type of grape for our country . Ends with very good persistence.

Quinta do Rol’s goal: superior quality wines, notwithstanding the registered low productivity in the vineyard and the uncertainty of its behaviour, we have opted for its production. A Portuguese Pinot Gris!
It presents a citrus yellow color and floral and fruity, mineral aroma with emphasis on the aromatic sensations of pear and apple derived from the Western region.
Pastas, fish and seafood accompany this wine wonderfully, as long as served chilled.
Rare, resonating and refined, it is appropriate for every season and all occasions: from intimate, serene and delicate to more formal and upstanding.
